The BBC London were at Tricone Studios recently for the filming and recording of an amazing Singer and her backing band. We cannot say more until the production is officially released, however, expect to see the footage posted on our podcast page as soon as it goes public.

Mike Richards – Music and Rugby!

Welsh Singer/Songwriter “Mike Richards” began work on his new CD this month. Adding a full band to his previously solo material, the record is taking very shape nicely! Mike was pleased to have a Wi-Fi connection at the studio as the Rugby final between Wales and France took place while we tracked the drums! We were all glad that his team won of course! Michael McGraw releases new video… “Marylin”

Michael McGraw released his new video “Marylin” on the weekend. The video can been seen on rotation at “Saturn” electronic stores throughout Berlin.

Tricone Studios supported Michael by supplying the drum kit and guitar gear for the video shoot, not to mention the guitarist: Tricone’s very own, Rowan Smy, who also performed and recorded the guitars on the track as well as Mike’s vocals.

Gentlemen and Assassins at Tricone Studios

Last November saw the Gentlemen and Assassins come to Tricone Studios for an intense Live Recording to finish off and represent their highly successful 2011 European Tour. The 3-piece consisting of Brian Viglione (Dresden Dolls, Nine Inch Nails), Sxip Shirey (The Luminescent Orchestrii, The Daredevil Opera Company) and Elyas Khan (Nervous Cabaret) pulled off an amazing performance in the studio, capturing the songs from the tour with all the vigorous passion and flavour of their live shows! Pooballs roll out of Tricone with Debut Album!

Fireflies in Tricone Studios. New EP recording.

Berlin’s female fronted Rap/Rock outfit, “Firefiles” were at Tricone last month to begin work on their new EP. The band has put together a bunch of new tracks with their trademark, hard-hitting rap vocals and heavy rock grooves. The new songs have more attitude and punch than ever and this recording is destined to draw the attention and respect that such a great act deserves.

Cabrio Ambulance strikes back for second drum session!

Last month saw the return of the “Cabrio Ambulance” to Tricone. After a successful drum recording earlier in the year, Cabrio Ambulance’s main man and creative mind, Kacper, decided it was worth adding a few more tracks to the projects forthcoming album. The Album is due for release early next year.
